Live the life
you say you want.

Voice first. Built for life decisions, exploring your future, and living in alignment with your desires.

phora is listening

The AI that actually knows you.

Your life isn't a to-do list. It's a few threads, running at once. Phora holds them — alive, specific, yours.

Tap a thread.
four threads · alive · yours

These are example threads. Yours will look nothing like these — and everything like you.

The void phora was built to fill

Where phora fits.

Friends & family

They love you. And they can only love you the way they already see you. Biased. Human. Carrying their own picture of your life.

Other apps

They don't know you at all. They push ideology, hand out advice you didn't ask for, and call it support.

Phora

Sits in the space between. No agenda. No bias that colours the answer. Just honest, specific questions about your actual life — so you can reach the answers that were already in you.

The mechanism

How phora knows you.

No tricks. No "memory" gimmicks. A few things, working together.

01

Voice-first. No time pressure.

Phora doesn't cut you off mid-thought. Silence is welcome. Pauses are welcome. You decide when your turn ends — phora waits, every time. Built for slow thinking, half-formed thoughts, and the space between words.

02

Onboarding by voice.

A conversation, not a form. By the end, phora has a real starting picture of who you are — what motivates you, what tires you, what you've been quietly carrying.

03

One continuous conversation.

Sessions end, but the conversation doesn't. Phora picks up where you left off — every time. You never have to re-explain yourself.

04

Living threads.

The parts of your life — career, creativity, body, people, whatever matters to you — held as breathing things, not lists. They shift as you shift. They thrive as you live them

05

Commands in your own words.

Tell phora what to do — "wrap this up," "add this as a thread". Fully hands off in the right way

06

Adapts to how you talk.

The more you speak, the more phora mirrors you. Your phrasing. Your way of understanding. Not the other way around.

Accountability —
your way.

Phora doesn't berate you. Doesn't make you tick robotically through checklists. Doesn't reward you with streaks for surviving another day.

It keeps you accountable through conversation. It asks questions. It notices when something you said mattered has gone quiet. It scales with you — pushing harder as you grow more capable in a thread, easing back when life shifts. The point isn't to "win" the day. The point is to stay honest with yourself about the life you said you wanted.

Questions over advice. · No guilt mechanics. · The user sets the pace.

Exploring futures

Walk through the future before you live it.

Decisions you can't think your way out of. Futures you haven't given yourself permission to consider. Phora pulls from what it knows about you — and then asks the questions you should be asking yourself.

Voice, the way it
should be.

Phora never cuts you off. Never auto-detects when you've stopped talking and jumps in. You signal when your turn ends — phora waits.

Built for thinking out loud. For the long silence in the middle. For the half-sentence you abandoned and started again. The pace is yours.

Text works too, for when speaking out loud isn't the move.

What phora will, and won't, do.

Phora asks. It doesn't prescribe.
You own the data. You own the direction.
No streaks. No guilt. No engagement tricks.
Less is the more. Bloat is the enemy.

From the founder

Words from the founder.

Cooper, founder of Phora
Cooper Blackburn
building phora, in public

I'm building phora because I needed it.

I'm 22, capable on paper, and have spent the last year noticing the gap between the life I say I want and the life I'm actually living.

I needed guidance my friends and family couldn't give me. Not because they don't love me — they do — but because they can only see me the way they already see me. Biased. Human. I needed something that understood the complexities of my mind, the things that actually motivate me, and the kind of accountability that doesn't make me give up on it. I needed unbiased honesty to help me explore myself.

Most apps try to close that gap by yelling at me. Phora is the opposite of that.

I'm building this for myself, and for you — using it on myself, fixing my own life with it, and sharing what works as I go. If that's useful to you, get on the early access list. If it's not, no hard feelings.
